Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- You must have your order number or proof of purchase.
- The following items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons: opened cosmetics, used skincare or personal-care items, items marked "final sale."
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@lazylamb.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with next steps.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@lazylamb.shop within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required for damage or defects.
Refunds
Once we approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't process refunds for items lost in transit back to us.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank and card issuer. If it's still missing, contact us at hello@lazylamb.shop.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After that, orders enter fulfillment and can't be cancelled — but you can return them under the 30-day policy once delivered.
