Thanks for shopping at Lazy Lamb. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States only. We're working on expanding — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) of order confirmation. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery to US addresses: 10–18 business days from the date of shipment.
Our products are shipped from our international fulfillment partners, which lets us offer better prices than traditional retail. The trade-off is that shipping takes a bit longer than Amazon — we appreciate your patience.
Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier capacity, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email within 5 business days of placing your order. Tracking updates may take 2–3 days to appear after dispatch — this is normal for international shipments.
Shipping Cost
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders below $50 are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
Customs and Import Fees
US orders under $800 are typically not subject to import duties or fees under the US de minimis rule. If this changes due to policy updates, we'll notify customers and adjust our pricing accordingly.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or if your package hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please email hello@lazylamb.shop with your order number. We'll investigate and offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update the address if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, orders enter fulfillment and the address can't be changed.
Lazy Lamb is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@lazylamb.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
